Using medflowbilling.com means you agree to these terms. Hiring MedFlow to bill for a practice requires a separate service agreement and a business associate agreement. This page is not that contract.
The website
The pages describe the billing service and the software. Prices shown come from the pricing configuration on the site. The billing rate is about 5% of insurance collections and is confirmed in writing after a health check. The software has no public price. Nothing on the site is an offer that becomes a contract when you submit a form.
The health check
The calculator is an estimate. It uses MedFlow targets and a stated assumption about how much of an excess denial might still be collected. It is not an audit, a valuation, or a promise of collections. You are responsible for sending totals only, with no patient information.
The demo
The demo uses fictional patients and is not HIPAA-compliant. Do not enter real patient information. Output in the demo is sample data in your browser.
No medical or legal advice
Articles, the glossary, the denial-code sheet and the eligibility checklist are general explanations of billing work. They are not legal advice, coding advice for a specific chart, or a payer policy. Coding decisions for a real visit are made from that visit’s note, by a coder, under a signed agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the forms to send protected health information, to probe the site, or to submit other people’s personal information. We may ignore or delete submissions that do.
