Privacy
This policy covers medflowbilling.com. It is not a HIPAA notice of privacy practices for a medical practice. Do not send patient information through this site.
What the forms collect
Contact, demo, health-check and early-access forms store your name, practice or company, email, phone, specialty, number of providers, the message you type, the form you used, and the time. The health check may also store the practice totals you calculated. We use that information to reply and to decide whether we can bill for the practice.
A hidden field is there to catch automated submissions. Do not fill it in.
What we do not want
Patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, Social Security numbers, clinical notes, or claim images. If you include them, we will delete the submission rather than treat the website as a medical record. Email contact@medflowbilling.com if you sent something by mistake.
The demo and the workspace
The demo at /demo stores fictional patients in your browser. We do not receive that data unless you use the feedback button, which is a separate feature. The secure workspace is a different application with its own sign-in. Patient information there is handled under a business associate agreement with that client, not under this website policy.
Who can see form submissions
Owners and admins of the MedFlow workspace can read website leads. We do not sell the list. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records so we can answer you and keep a history of the conversation. Ask us to delete yours by emailing contact@medflowbilling.com from the same address you used.
