Pricing questions
- Is the 5% figure the rate I will pay?
- It is the starting point. After the free billing health check we confirm a rate for your specialty, payer mix and claim volume. The number on this page is about 5% of insurance collections.
- What counts as insurance collections?
- Payments posted from insurers. Patient payments are not part of the percentage. Contractual adjustments are not collections.
- Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
- We do not ask for a long contract. Any setup cost, if one applies to your practice, is written in the service agreement before you sign. Nothing starts until that agreement and a business associate agreement are signed.
- Why isn’t there a price for the software?
- MedFlow for billing companies is in early access. There is no public price yet. Use the form on the software page and we will contact you.
- Do I have to buy the software to use the billing service?
- No. Practices hire MedFlow to do the billing. The software is how our team works. Billing companies can ask for early access separately.
