About MedFlow RCM
We bill insurance for small practices that are tired of doing it themselves. The company is the service. The software is how the service stays consistent.
Who we work with
Independent practices with one to five providers. Primary care, family medicine and internal medicine. Urgent care. Mental and behavioral health. We are especially interested in practices in smaller towns and rural areas, where hiring a full-time biller is a bigger decision than the claim volume justifies.
We are not a hospital revenue-cycle department, and we are not trying to bill every specialty. The notes and the payer rules we handle are the ones in those offices.
How we charge
About 5% of insurance collections. The final rate is set after a free billing health check, using your totals, not a national average. There is no long contract. Patient payments are outside the percentage.
The software
MedFlow is also the application our billers use: schedule, eligibility, prior authorization, coding against the CMS ICD-10-CM list and NCCI edits, claim scrubbing, electronic claims, 835 posting, denials, statements, reports and an audit log. Billing companies can ask for early access. That product does not have a public price yet.
Patient information
The website does not want it. Forms ask for your name and practice totals. A business associate agreement is signed before we handle patient information for a client. The public demo stores fictional patients in your browser and is not a place for real charts.

Share monthly totals. We will tell you where the gaps are. No patient information.
